Problem with Run

Hello
I've a strange problem when I try to start a program
using F5 or using menu start debug the program starts or
it looks like it was started but no form is shown.
Sometimes all thing works fine but sometimes they not.I
did't find any rule for it.It just happen. When I press
stop and then run again it usually works fine. I am using
VB.Net 2002 professional.

Seems to be one bug that has been fixed in version 2003.
