debugger won't start on ASP.NET

MS
Hello,

I did a install and re-install of VS.NET v1.1 and get the
above. Web page runs, but no debugging. I tried MSDN
listed fixes with no change(including .NET fwork repair).

What 'access' does it want if I'm already the
administrator? Why would database access(seen in dataset)
be '..used..' or '..without permission..' when web page
runs?
