Load MS Word Document

How may I load a MS Word Document with VB.NET ?

Process.Start("Winword.exe" .....

Reference the word object library, create an instance of the
Word.Application interface (I've never quite undertood that one). and call
open.. you can view the class library and MSDN

What do you mean by "load"?

Opening?
