Scard32.dll - Visual Basic .NET

when i use the scard32.dll in VB.NET i am facing the
problem, but i used same dll in visual Basic6.0. can you
tell me the solution how can i use the sacrd32.dll in
VB.NET. also tell me how can i check the card device in
VB.NET
