Hello.
I would like to ask if In VISUAL BASIC.NET can make something like GOOGLE
DESKBAR which is in TASKABR .Windows Media player has the same.When I
minimize MEdia player it show in Taskbar small bar.
Certainly at first I must In taskbar properties allow this function.

I don`t know what do you mean with Notifyicon.
But I think new Bar in TAskbar,
When you click on tasbar-right click, Show MENU.
And There is next Menu Toolbar and there you can choose what you want

You can do this by making Windows API calls to the Taskbar, which is part of the Windows Shell. I don't believe there are .NET Framework classes for this, so
you are going to have to make the WinAPI calls yourself.

I found the docs on this in the MSDN Library by searching on Taskbar.
