Refresh registry to reflect changes

Hi everone,

I change the value for desktop wallparper in the registry, it shows in
display properties but it won't actually replace the wallpaper, I have to
'refresh' the changes but dont know how, any help would bw greatly
appreciated.

In addition to changing the setting, you should look at the
SystemParametersInfo API function. That can take an action parameter
called SPI_SETDESKWALLPAPER. That informs Windows to refresh the wall
paper.
