Hi,
I have developed FTP Client application using VB. Now I
need to add TLS/SSL security for that. Is there any
libarary available for using SSL/TLS in vb?

The only non-commercial library I know of is ours:

Yes, I tried it. But their control doesnt support which i
need.
Their control is attemting the secure connection. But our
server responds non-securely at connection phase. after
connection, and AUTH TLS command our server switches to
Secure transfers. But in case of dart activex, there is no
way to start the connection non-securely and switch to
secure mode.

No, it's .NET only. If you need a VB6 component, you should have posted it
in another forum and not this VB.NET newsgroup.
