Because i want to avoid users accidentally end IT.
it's a .NET remoting working as windows services and it's s broadcast server
for many applications in the company network.
if someone shutdown it, it will be BIG problem

Maybe you can change the user's rights? Apart from this you should probably
also introduce other steps to get such a BIG problem when the system
crashes...
