Please Help: Remoting server, windows Services

i create a remote server which i want to use like windows servers.

-On start i put the following code:

Protected Overrides Sub OnStart(ByVal args() As String)

Dim filename As String = "BroadCastservices.exe.config"

RemotingConfiguration.Configure(filename)

End Sub

in Protected Overrides Sub OnStop, i would like to send messages to all
client that server is going offline. a method is defined in the class
remoted server .

o, in sub On Start, i need to get reference of the instance of the remoted
server created.

How to do it?
