any way to write add in to Outlook Express ?

Is there any way that I can write an add in kind of app in VB.net so that I
can run it in Outlook ?

I have an anti-spam program that doesn't work very well when you tell it a
message isn't spam. All it does is mark the sender as a friend.

What I would like to do is write an app to take the "***SPAM" flag out of
the message header, then move that message to the inbox.

Is there any way that I can do this ? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

All "Add-Ins" for OE I know are "dirty" Win32 hacks. Really ugly...
