Pre Load Forms

How can I pre load forms???

When I will open a big application, the objects are displayed one by one in
the screen. how can I do to load all objects and display it on the same
time.

Create the instances of the forms in a statup method, but don't show
them.
Then show them all at once.

Showing the forms may take some time... I think that's the problem.
