Program will not run

I wrote a program in VB6 for the local library, which
catalogs all pertinent information on videos inventory, on
hand, checked out etc. The program has works flawlessly on
the six computers used there. All computers use the
Windows 98 OS.
I need to make some changes to the program. I recently
changed my home computer to Windows XP Professional and
the program will not run on this OS. The program will load
using the VB6 shell but when I try to get information on
the videos inventory I get a message stating "Errors
during load, refer to frmDatabaseGrid.log for details."
When I check the log file it states "Property
OLEobjectBlob in DBGrid could not be set. Cannot load
control DBGrid; License not found."
Can any one help me with this.
