Yes - AFAIK. I haven't had any problems.

Likewise. ;-) .NET goes 'on top of' VB6 readily enough. I can have both
open at the same time.

I don't know how it will work if VB6 is installed after .NET, though.

Works fine for me. It's "recommended" that you install the older
version (6.0) first. There may be problems with VB6's data environment
and/or file associations of VC++.

While It worked just fine with our stuff.... we needed to reinstall VB6
SP5........ after we did the VS2003 install........
