Adding a popup description to a property in a class

OK this is kind of an obscure question and I'm not sure how to phrase
it but here goes:

You know when you are working with an object in the .NET IDE and you
are scrolling through the list of properties and methods for that
object, and you see a little pop-up tooltip description of each
property/method?

Example:

Dim x as Object
x.<drop-down list here>

In the drop-down list if you highlight the various items you will see
a description of the item. Well I would like to set that tooltip text
for each of the properties/methods in a class that I am creating.
Anyone know how to do that?
