Determining the height (in pixels) of a windows title bar.

Max
Hello,

Is there a way to determine the size (height) of a
windows title bar?

I am trying to position a window of an application so
that the top edge of the window aligns with the top edge
of a panel in my form. When I position the application
window in code, it positions correctly, except the bottom
edge of the application's title bar appears at the top of
the panel in my form. I need to add the height of the
application's title bar to my "Y" coordinate value.

Is it possible to determine the height of the title bar?

Thank You,

Max
