There is no Crystal Reports included in my VB .Net
Standard Edition. Is there any CR installer available?

I'm not sure whether I understand you. What are you looking for? You can buy
CR seperately and it probably also includes an installer (I think it's
called a "merge module") to install everything you need to distribute CRs.
