Whether we can upload the projects (in .zip format) in these newsgroups? I
am asking this because earlier there are more than 50 posts (in one thread)
about this query and they are contradicting with each other (You can find
that post by name date10/22/2003 Time 7:22PM)

I want to get the answer from Microsoft. Therefore, please answer this query
only if you are from Microsoft.

wrap limit on long lines so maybe that will help the sometimes weird

You can use tools like "OE Quotefix" (have a Google search on that) to
correct the wrapped lines automatically. The tool is really easy to
install and it will help you creating standard-compliant posts which can
be read by all people in the newsgroups.

Do not use non-standard quoting characters. This will annoy most people
who read the posts and will cause much bigger problems when reading or
quoting the text.

wrapping would be more intuitive. it is just as important to be able to
*read* a quote as it is to include one sometimes...the aim of both is the
same.
