Is there a how-to out there about how to write a Control Panel App in
VB.Net? (C# would be great, too. Thanks)

Hi Scott, it cannot be done (yet?) because VB.NET and C#.NET do not support
exporting the necessary CplApplet entry point. You need to use C++.
