Debug takes long time to start

Starting a Debug used to take 2-3 sec and now takes 15-20
seconds.

This happened after working on the project at home,
burning to CD and bringing back to work. I've changed all
folder/file permissions to allow full read/write.

Any ideas?

Delete the "bin" and "obj" folders of the project and try again.
