Do you think that for every problem we have to re-install VS?
This must be the last solution not the fisrt.
The problem was not the action (re-installation) but to find the reason of
the problem (compiler error).

the orginal message was something like the following:

After re-installed (repair) VS.NET everthing works fine.....
