We are using Janus GridEx 2000 and VB 6.0 currently - is there anything new
in .NET that would negate us having to upgrade to GridEx .NET when we
upgrade to VB.NET?

Janus GridEx has some unique features. Also, if you are comfortable with
that control, why change? Even further, you can still use the VB6 version of
that control in .net.
