custom datagrid column

Tom
Hi,

I have a datagrid with a tablestyle and columnstyles.
In the data i want to show in the grid, I have a field
with 4 possible numeric values (1,2,3 or 4) all meaning
something.
So, in my grid i would like to show the user the meaning
(invalid, approved, temp. approved, not approved).

How can i do this?
any ideas?

tnx,
Tom
