How do I create a share and set the rights?

Hi!

I have to write a program that should create a new directory ("c:\test") and
share that directory with read-access for everyone and read-write-access for
administrators. How do I do that in VB.NET?

It would help me to have the answer to the question above, but what I'd
really like would be if that was possible remote, too. I mean something like
this: A user is logged with Domain-Administrator rights on on a W2k
Workstation which is a member of a AD-Domain. The user starts my program and
this program should create a new directory on the AD-Controller (!!!), copy
files into that directory, share that directory and set the rights to
read-only for everyone and rw for admins. Can that be done with VB.NET, too?
If so, how?

Thanks in advance,
T.
