2 solutions:

\\\
Dim p As New System.Diagnostics.ProcessStartInfo()
p.Verb = "print"
p.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden
p.FileName = "C:\filename.htm"
p.UseShellExecute = True
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(p)
///

- or -

Keywords: HTML, Print, WebBrowser, "print", Process.
