The humor / irony kills me...

=)

Look 8 questions below.

and then the other one I had was where to find the icons they use in .NET
for like interfaces /events/classes etc... I found a bunch in the common7
dir, but nothing I really have use for.

thanks for responding though gents. =)

Concerning the EventHandlerList: I haven't heard of it so far (and of course
haven't used it...). Probably this is also the case for most other people.

Concerning the icon question: I think the icons are in one of these DLLs -
but I haven't looked for the right one(s) so far. You'd have to obey
copyright rules anyway.

humor is good...i saw the un-answered post after i sent mine ;^ )

i have seen the eventhandlerlist in action...didn't apply to how i was going
to implement event handling so i naturally didn't bookmark the sucker. i
believe you are on the right track in describing the list in your post. i
will find the example again, post it here, and explain it if needed.

post you later,

Hi CJ,

Come on, CJ, you've had <some> answers. It hasn't been 8 questions totally
ignored. It's just that no-one answers when they don't know (well mostly) -
You're on a higher plane than we're used to. ;-)

If no one seems able to give you any joy, may I suggest that you try:

HA! Fergus calls me on my bulls***! =)

I was more curious to see the responses I got from the title than anything
else. Of course I get answers to questions, but I do admit, the stuff I
have been working with latley is pretty advanced (which is probably why I'm
having trouble with it) but it seems to be the demand around here latley.

I wish I could still ask questions like "How to I set a startup project?"
and "How do I write to the console."

No... that would be too easy... Instead I get requests here like:

"CJ, Make an application framework, where I can use natural language to
define the functionality I want, and fuzzy enough logic that I can have
variations and never have to write a line of code."

CJ: "What......"

"Have that next week would you?"

CJ: "What......"

"Or your fired..."

CJ: *sigh* "On my way..."

As for the newsgroup... wow, I feel like I've just been invited into a
secret club. =)

Thanks again for your help, I'll return the favor.

Hi CJ,

|| I was more curious to see the responses I got
|| from the title than anything else.

There was a query that came in:
ComboBox Un-DropDown event?
Nobody touched it.

Next day:
uh, hello...
We were flocking to it!!

Packaging counts. Marketing rules, ok.
|| "CJ, Make an application framework, where I can use
|| natural language to define the functionality I want, and
|| fuzzy enough logic that I can have variations and never
|| have to write a line of code."
||
|| .. in a week

ROFL. A week's worth of February 29ths, maybe.

Maybe!!

|| "How do I write to the console."

Pick up the microphone and speak into it distinctly: "Computer. Write this
to the console..."

Oops, sorry - you've got to do your other project first. ;-)

Regards,
Fergus

Armin said for fun that he with answering sorts his messages on name.
When an other would do that then especially with a name as Arming Zingler
it would make a big difference if it was on the first name or on the last
name.
That is all.
