Using maps and mileage checks with VB

I am creating a program in where a club applies to schedule a weekend of
activities. The same activity cannot be held within a one-hundred mile
driving distance of another club scheduled for that particular weekend. Is
there some easy tool to use to check mileage between two locations?

If you're an MSDN subscriber, you might be getting MS's MapPoint SDK on your
CD's. No guarantees, since I haven't used it myself, but it might be a good
place to look.

Maybe you can use MapPoint for this purpose (I have never used it):
