Does anyone know how to make"Everyone" the default install base?

Hi Gang,
I've written my installer and there's quite a few things I can't figure out
how to do with it :). This was the same reason I started using InnoSetup
with VB6 (works great by the way www.InnoSetup.com). That being said does
anyone know how to get "Everyone" to be the default install-base?
Thanks in Advance,
Christian Blackburn
