can i do a nifty menu in vb.net?

i need a really nice drop down menu, but i'm not sure if it would be
easier in java for my .net site or to do it in vb.net. any solutions
are wanted.

"site" = "web site"? ASP.NET?

You may want to turn to the ng for ASP.NET questions:
