k_mode_exception_not_handled

I am developing a windows application using VB.NET. I am
using .NET Framework 1.1 and Visual Studio 2003
Professional version to build this app. Recently when I
invoke a form in my application , I have been getting
K_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error with a BLUE SCREEN. I
need to deploy my app in a week or so. I would really
appreciate if you have any ideas to solve this problem. I
already did chkdsk and set my paging file to the
recommended size.
