Autofit Table Columns

Hi,
is there an easy way to

1: make the column witdh to fit the text
2: to fit the table into the grid if it is smaller
e.g. to add some space space to each column to fit it
nicely into the table.

Thanks for your help

Alex,
I am not the best to advise you in this.
But one advise I can give.
The ones who helps others don't read this newsgroup alway every hour and
they don't like it to see the same post twice.
It is common in this newsgroup that everybody gets an answer.
But when helpers see questions twice they don't like that and sometimes they
don't answer at all.
(Or only with a message not to do that).
The one who handles this datagrid size questions the most is One handed man.
(OHT)
You can take a look to his answers if you are in a hurry.
