Tool for converting VB.NET to C#?

Is there a commercially available tool that converts VB.NET code to C#?

I have a console app and a web app in VB.NET that I'd like to convert to C#.
I don't expect a tool to translate everything perfectly, but at least
eliminate most of the drudgery.

There is one, but I believe the site is in swedish/norvegian (most of it).
You need to download:

LAJ.zip
babelfissken.zip

I don't know if you also need MyUtils.zip ... however, here's the page:

I have heard #Develop includes a tool for doing that:
