parse error in ASP.NET using VB.NET

I created an empty web project in VB.NET, and created a simple WebForm1.
When I run it in URL, it throws this parse error. Any ideas what's going on?

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to
service this request. Please review the following specific parse error
details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'WebProject2.WebForm1'.
