Show All Outlook Folders

Hi,

how can i show all Outlook Folder (wich are listed in
outlook folder view, too) in an listbox or treeview? i
found only samples for showing the exchange public
folders folder list. but i need all available folders.

i can open the pickfolder dialog, but this opens outlook,
too. i dont want to bring up outlook.

is this possible?
