Output type

This will sound silly and too basic (pun) to all you
experts but I have only Windows Application and Console
Application available to me in properties when I thought
I should have Class Libray as well. I'm running 2003.
Am I missing something or doing something (else) wrong?

Do you use VB .NET Standard or VS .NET Professional or better?

AFAIK VB .NET Standard 2003 doesn't include the templates for Class
Libraries. Maybe you can get it work with this "workaround":
