Monitoring Internet usage

Hi,
Currently I am have an assignment which has to have some functionality
which enables internet usage of client computers from a server machine.
Basically this is an upgradation that I have to write to an existing
software for chain of Internet Cafes. Any pointer or resource where I can
find such information on Monitoring Internet usage would be highly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance n blessings.

Try the performance monitoring api (also seen as in Performance monitor in
NT/2000) if you are using nt/2000 wrks. otherwise you'll have to work on the
device which is distributing the internet for all those client machines e.g.
Router, cable/DSL modem etc
