deploying

1-How i can buld an EXE file from my projects that it can
run in all of windowsbut it doesn`t need runtime files

2-When i buld a windows installer (msi file) from my
projects i have a warning that say :
you need run runtime file (dotnetfx.exe)before run msi
file in other computer

Please mail me and guid me
