Packaging Applications

I have an application that I have created for the
financial department. I am attempting to package it for
use in our company. This program uses a database that is
provided with the package. I always get the error that
MSADO20.TLB cannot be loaded or something to that effect.
Any ideas as to how I can successfully package this?
