You can send a regular e-mail to send a SMS. The trick is to find the
gateway related to the provider of the cell phone you are trying to reach.
These can help:

Hello everyone, I'm having some odd problems with a little program I wrote for sending/receiving bytes across the network. I am using synchronous sockets, and it seems that when I send byte after byte too fast, the packet gets lots somewhere (as odd as that sounds). Here's the sending code:

I am developing on a website that is utilizing SQL Server 2000. Shortly after deploying the site, we began having timeout issues due to the max connections. 1st instinct was to diligently tidy up our connections. We did so by encapsulating with the using statement. Ex: using (SqlConnection myConnection = new SqlConnectionConfigurationSettings.AppSettings))

Well one thing I've wanted to do is be able to PHYSICALLY connect and dis- connect a PC's xBASE-T connection via program control. The idea is... Instead of plugging your standard R-J45 EtherNET connector into the NIC, plug it instead into a board with a switch on it that will open and close the connection of ALL 8 WIRES in the cable on a signal

Hello I've got some test code that I've found on the web that is a TCP server and a TCP client. The server sends data to the client on the port i specify. I know because get the port number through an IPEndPoint. However when I send the data back to the server, the server receives it on a different port number then what I specify, and I can't figure out why. In my server I use this bit code to create the endpoint and socket. I've...

A client application connects to a TCP-remoted object from a service on localhost for method invocations and events. It works as advertised. But... if the network cable (LAN) gets disconnected, the event subscriptions to the localhost server are lost because "The connection was forcibly closed...". If the remoting proxy had also gone away, the client would detect it and begin trying to re-establish the connection. But it doesn't; the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
