Cancel one page in QueryPageSettin gs

What if in QueryPageSettin gs you decide that you do not want to print the
page but want to continue printing the rest of the pages.

I could set a flag and in PrintPage not output anything but it still bumps
the page counter (as shown in Printer and Faxes display) and I don't know
what else it might do.

Any suggestions?

I have a tabbed ap, and I want to provide a message and give the user a chance to change there mind if they try to change tab pages in the middle of an update (otherwise just cancel the update and allow the change.) I thought the TabPage.Validating event would be the thing, and as long as buttons and tab page changes are done by mouse clicks, it seems to work fine. But if I use a hot key to press "Cancel" or "Save", it seems to raise the...

If its not empty then Im using the server.transfer to go to another page so as im able to use the items in an array list. Hi, I am doing a project which uses asp.net to develop its forms. The form uses validation web controls to validate the data entered in text boxes. When Cancel Button is pressed which is to exit from the current page and go to the previous page, the validation controls activate because data has not been entered, and the user cannot cancel. I have used Response.Redirect(webpage) but the validations activates and unless I enter some data...

Hello, Is there a way to "cancel" a response.Redirect? For example, in the code below, could I insert anything in the Catch statement that would cancel the redirect and resume flow after the try-catch? Try Response.Redirect(strPage) Catch ex1 As Threading.ThreadAbortException ex1 = ex1 'Cancel Respone here

When I print QueryPageSettings gets called a few times before PrintPage is called. I just occurred to me that the problem may be that I do AddHandler each time I print. Is that wrong? If so, is there something I can check to see if a handler has already been added?

In the handler QueryPageSettings I let the user select a "Skip This Page" option. But I don't know how to handle it if he does. I can set a flag and in PrintPage skip printing the page but the page count in Printer and Faxes still increments. I can cancel the entire print job but can not find anything that will enable me to skip one page.

I've been trying all morning to cancel a form submit to the server. I have a JavaScript Object that determines whether or not the page should be submitted to the server depending on whether the user clicks "yes" or "no". This Object is attached to various HTML elements on the page (buttons, selects etc) and traps any events that they raise that cause the page to submit. If the user has not responded, the Object should cancel the page...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
