How to select individual words from a group of lines acting as inputs

INPUT:
CN=d123123,OU=People,OU=eProfile,DC=testcore,DC=te st,DC=dir,DC=telstra,
displayName=Singh, Apoorva E

telstraSSUStatus=XXXXX

Output:

This looks like it may be a homework question so as we don't solve those for you here I have to ask: What have you done so far? Show us your work and we will help you find the solution.

Also, what exactly is expected as the output? The values for CN, displayName and telstraSSUStatus?
