I have Visual studio 2005 vcproj files need to convert to Linux makefile, any clue how to do?

I couldn't fingureout how to post at Two places, for example, one question need to ask in Linux and Windows, that is why I posted at both places, linux googlegroups, can I specify multiple targets like linux and windows?

I just posted one in C/C++ (looking for Makefile to create shared lib), could you let me know how I can post that into Linux also, I don't want to double post there, otherwise could you link that to Linux.
