I'm not familiar with 'kicker panel.' What is that?

If it has a startup script (if it starts automatically on boot), you can look around in the /etc/rc.d folders (depending on your version). The startup scripts are in there. Otherwise you have to start the program again, so you need to find the executable (possibly in /bin or /usr/bin ) and run it.
