Script fo counting the files and changing the GID

Hello everyone,

I want some ideas on script that is event triggered. Like when a new file is added to a directory. so before the file is saved in the directory the GID should be changed to a particular value and then after say 1 or 2 mins the files ownership should be changed to the normal UID and GID.

cheers
