IP Cop VPN Troubles

hey all i currently have a problem with my ip cops vpn setup.... heres the details..

im running ipcop version 1.4.15 on one machine and 1.4.14 on the other, (will update later on)

i have been able to ping both however i cant trace route all the way through to the second machine, it times out on the second last jump to the second ipcop.

now heres the weired part... even though the traceroute fails.. i can still ping the second last jump even though when i tracert it wont get a response..

the red and green networks on both look like this

------Green--------------Red-------------------INTERNET----------------RED-----------Green
192.168.130.0-----11.0.0.2---------11.0.0.1-------11.0.0.1------11.0.0.2----192.168.0.0

now im not sure if i can have the same ip on both ipcops for the red network but i do know that the green networks have to be different, am i wrong here?.....
