does any1 know the commands to show the following info

Current hardware
Disk size, RAM size and utilisation
Installed software
The number of processes currently running on the machine and information about those processes.
The configuration and usage of the UNIX file systems.

Hmmm, not too sure about current hardware - that's in /dev - possibly in /proc, but df would show disk size and partition setups, for software you could list bin and usr/bin, and ps shows current processes.

Take a look at the /proc file system, the top, df, and mount commands.

just tye : df -h or vmstat -s, or vmstat -n in the kernel mode or "top" command
