Raid controller problem

we are having hp ML150 server in that we keep one six port sata raid controller. with four sata 160 GB SEGATE hard disks
(HOT PLUG AND PLAY).

the four hdds are connected as port0.port1.port2.port3
four hdds are made as one array in raid configuration

i am new to linux operating system .fedora version six i installed.After finishing installation.i shutdown the server and i removed one hard disk drive and i switch on the server it is not booting



it is giving error message 1.That press enter to accept the raid chainges.
2.ctrl+A to enter raid configuration.
3.ctrl+h to pause.

please help me with suttable answer as soon as possible
