sql error

when running a conversion I get the current error on the table dbmeld. please help

INSERT INTO DBMELD VALUES (0, '0', CURRENT_DATE(), CURRENT_TIME(),'NET start "DIWAAPPS" could NOT be executed','1', '', 0, '', 0) ;
