what datatype should be used to save imageurl in database

use nvarchar or varchar

i think u must use nvarchar..bcoz varchar doesn't allow you to enter special characters like @,!,#,$,_+%$#%^&**(|\

ya..i came to know that one..but isn't it possible to name a folder with the special characters??????

FYI:
\ / : * ? " < > | these types of characters not allowed in Folder Names in Windows7. Why You need to name the Folder using Special Characters? avoiding it is better.
