Bulk insert fails sometimes for a given file

One of the SProc is using Bulk insert and fails with an error Cannot bulk load because the file could not be opened. Operating system error code 80(The file exists.).

IF I load the same file (absolutely no changes anywhere) it gets loaded.

Show us how the procedure is written, it will be very helpful since this error can be caused by several issues.
