Snap in Creation Failed

when i frequntly reinstall MSSQL after MMC say snap in creatino failed. My MSSQL software is not Corrupted because same softer I uses another computer it has completely install it.
And my operation system has no any problem except mysql I install another software that has completely install it. My operating system is windows XP SP-2. The following error appears in Enterprise Manager

The snap-in not created, it may not be installed properly.

Plz. sir send to me complete solve with step by step which i understood.
